カップにプリントしたのは、版画で制作したうさぎさんとバンビちゃんの絵。
ちょっと違うふたりが、静かに寄り添っているシーンです。
このイラストは、ドライポイント（銅版画の技法）で制作しました。
ペンや鉛筆とはまた違う、版に刻んだ線の柔らかさや、インクのにじみ。
そんなアナログならではの温かみを、そのままプリントに活かしています。
そっと添えた言葉は、
“Not the same, but still together.”（違っていても、いっしょ）
違っていても一緒にいられる、違っていてもいいんだよ。
そんな気持ちを、手描きの線と静かな色合いに込めました。
あえて余白を多めにしたのは、マグカップを手に持って、絵の中のうさぎさんとバンビちゃんの声に、そっと耳を澄ませてほしかったから。

This illustrated mug carries a quiet message about difference and connection.
Being different, and still choosing to be together.
Printed on the mug is an original illustration of a rabbit and a little fawn, created from a drypoint etching.
Two slightly different characters sit side by side, gently sharing a calm and thoughtful moment.
This illustration was made using drypoint, a traditional copper plate printmaking technique.
Unlike pen or pencil drawings, drypoint creates soft engraved lines and subtle ink textures.
The warmth and slight irregularity unique to analog printmaking are carefully preserved in the printed image.
The phrase
“Not the same, but still together.”
expresses a simple but important idea:
it’s okay to be different, and it’s okay to stay together just as you are.
The generous white space around the illustration is intentional.
